MLA Greg Lawrence

Father, Greg has shown a deep desire to enrich the lives of others through service and through the giving of love and caring. Father bless Greg for his caring heart, for him yearning to serve, help and mentoring others. Father we can only be of value to others as we build value in ourselves. Father I would ask of You, that You would cause Greg to become undone in his own efforts, and that he would be filled with an exploding yearning to become more. More of what You would have him to be. Bring him to a place where he would yearn for more truth and be a servant to all.

Born in Bienfait and raised in the Estevan area, Greg spent many years working in the oil industry and with SaskPower. He moved his family to Moose Jaw in 2003 where he began his employment with SaskTel as a customer service technician. He would later become vice president of union CEP Local 3 and sit as the grievance coordinator and as a Securtek bargaining representative.  Greg has also served as president of Southern Plains Métis Local 160.  Greg and his wife Marjorie have three adult sons, one foster son and three grandchildren.
