MLA Yens Pedersen, Regina Northeast


Lord God, we give you thanks for MLA Yens Pedersen we ask that you give him and his family a sense of peace as they adjust to this new avenue of service to our province. We look to you that you would give him ability to be a strong member of a loyal opposition, loyal to you and to the people of our province particularly his constituents and the agriculture industry he represents.


Yens Pedersen was elected as the MLA for Regina Northeast in a by-election on September 12, 2018. Yens is a Regina lawyer, small business owner, and community builder who has represented family-owned businesses, employees, unions, seniors, farmers and families. Growing up on a small family farm near Cut Knife, he learned from a young age the value of hard work, individual initiative, and helping each other. He gives generously of his time and abilities by teaching beekeeping classes, offering expertise on non-profit boards, and serving on the community council at his daughters’ school.

Hon Greg Ottenbreit, Yorkton


Father, we thank You for Hon Greg Ottenbreit. We ask that You grant him wisdom, discernment, clarity, strategies and favour as he fulfills the responsibilities of MLA representing Yorkton and as Minister of Rural and Remote Health. Lord, thank You for Your gracious hand of healing and health upon him, that he lives and proclaims Your goodness. Bless his marriage and family life. May he, his wife and family continually feed from the abundance of Your house and drink from the river of Your delights. In Jesus name, amen.

Greg was first elected as the MLA for Yorkton in the 2007 provincial election. He was re-elected in 2011 and 2016. Born in Regina, Greg is a long-time resident of Yorkton and a man who has always been involved in his community. Prior to being elected, Greg owned and operated Ottenbreit Waste Systems, a private environmental and waste disposal business. He is an avid motorsports enthusiast and commercial pilot.  Greg has been married to his high school sweetheart, Leone, for over 32 years. They have two daughters, Katelin, son-in-law Mark and two grandchildren, Raya and Malaya, and Rayanne, son-in-law Austin, granddaughter Wynnslet and grandson Otto.

MLA Eric Olauson, Saskatoon University


Lord we thank You for Eric Olauson, MLA representing Saskatoon University. Thank You for the talents and abilities You have given him. Thank You for his willingness to use them to advance his community and the province. Tune his ears to the concerns and needs of his constituents. Give him revelation in addressing these things. May he seek hard after You. Bless him and his family. Amen.



Eric Olauson was elected MLA for Saskatoon University on April 4, 2016. Born and raised in Saskatoon, Eric has called the Saskatoon University constituency home for most of his life. Eric has served the City of Saskatoon as Ward 8 Councillor and has been involved with the Knights of Columbus, SREDA Board of Directors, Prairieland Park board, and the District Planning Commission, Regional Oversight Committee.  He currently serves as the Legislative Secretary for Parks, Culture and Sport, Government Caucus Chair, and as a member of the Standing Committee on Intergovernmental Affairs and Justice, the Standing Committee on Private Bills, and the government caucus Management Committee. Eric and his partner DonnaLyn have one son and three daughters.
