MLA Carla Beck, Regina Lakeview


Lord, we look to you in prayer for MLA Carla Beck. Lord we ask for wisdom in the deliberations that she will be involved in as critic for education. May she be able to delve into her experiences as a member of the school board so that wise decisions are made. Be always close Lord Amen 
Carla Beck was elected in 2016 as the MLA for Regina Lakeview.  Carla serves as Deputy Opposition Whip and is the critic for Education, Early Learning and Childcare, Crown Investments Corporation, Saskatchewan Government Insurance, and SaskEnergy.   Carla is married to Guy Marsden. They have made the Cathedral area of Regina their home, together with their three children, Hannah, Nolan, and Maya, for the last 20 years.

Hon Tina Beaudry-Mellor, Regina University


Dear Lord. We pray today for the Honourable Tina Beaudry-Mellor. We ask you to fill her with a renewed vision of Saskatchewan. May she be able to contribute significant insight to the rest of the cabinet and may you empower her to be a vibrant force for good in the province. Bless her family with health and spiritual growth. Amen.

Tina Beaudry-Mellor was elected MLA for Regina University on April 4, 2016.  Tina serves Saskatchewan as Minister of Advanced Education, Minister responsible for Innovation Saskatchewan and Status of Women. She has previously served as Minister of Social Services and as a member of the Public Accounts Committee and the Standing Committee on Human Services. Tina is married and has very active teenage twins, Kayman and Montana.

MLA Colleen Young, Lloydminster


Our God and Father, we thank you for MLA Colleen Young. We thank you for her passion for her community and province. We look to you that you would give her insight as she provides leadership and service in the areas in which you have placed her. We look to you that you would give her favour as she fulfills her duties.

Colleen was first elected to the Saskatchewan legislature in a November 13, 2014 bi-election for the constituency of Lloydminster. She was re-elected in the 2016 provincial election. Colleen currently serves as a member of the Treasury Board, and she is Chair of the Standing Committee on Crown and Central Agencies. Colleen and her husband, Kim, have one daughter, Nevada; seven sons: Casey, Chester, Riley, Fraser, Percy, Duke, and Ace; a wonderful daughter-in-law, Jessica; and two beautiful granddaughters, Pearl and Belle.
