Father we
ask that you would establish leaders who are willing to embrace transparency.
Grant them amazing wisdom to know when, how much, and whom to share
information, ideas and issues with. Cause them to be blessed with wise and
supportive relationships, both personal and professional, that allow them to be
open and transparent in a safe environment. Amen.
