MLA: HON. JENNIFER CAMPEAU -SASKATOON FAIRVIEW - MINISTER OF CENTRAL SERVICES AND MINISTER RESPONSIBLE FOR SASKATCHEWAN TRANSPORTATION CORPORATION

Father God, we take a moment to thank You for MLA: Honorable Jennifer Campeau as she serves her constituents in Saskatoon Fairview and the rest of this great province of Saskatchewan.  We ask that You would continue to give her wisdom and understanding in all her dealings. We thank You for her commitment to excellence in every aspect of her life.  Amen.

ennifer Campeau was first elected to the Saskatchewan Legislature in the 2011 provincial election.

Prior to entering politics, Jennifer was an instructor at the University of Saskatchewan as well as a PhD student in the Department of Native Studies. Her research focused on entrepreneurship, economic development, nation building and governance.

Jennifer holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan and a Business management degree from the University of Lethbridge.

Jennifer's extensive experience working with government, the business sector and several First Nations groups gives her a broad perspective of challenges in Saskatoon Fairview and across the province.  Jennifer was named to CBC Saskatchewan's Future 40 in 2013.  Jennifer is a member of the Yellowquill First Nation and has kinship ties to the Metis Eastern Region III.

In 2013, Jennifer was appointed as Legislative Secretary to the Minister of Education (Anti-Bullying Initiative) and asked by Premier Wall to Chair a new Premier's Aboriginal Youth Task Force.

Jennifer has served as a member of Priorities and Planning Committee, the Cabinet Committee on Children and Youth, the Economy Standing Committee, the Public Accounts Committee and as Vice-Chair of Economy CPC.

In 2014, Jennifer was asked by Premier Wall to serve as Minister of Central Services and Minister responsible for Saskatchewan Transportation Corporation.

Jennifer has one daughter named Denaya.
