Father, David has a desire
to be a part of big things. A desire to see big ideas turn-out. You've given him
ideas and opportunities and he has pursued them diligently. Father I ask that
you would bless him and keep him. Father I would ask that you would begin a new
work in his heart, a yearning to see even greater things come about.
Place ideas in his mind and give him the strength to carry them out.
Strengthen him and cause his heart to seek deeper things, things
that bring real learning and heart change to a man and a leader. Allow
him to know You in a way he has never known You before.
David Buckingham was elected MLA for Saskatoon Westview in the April 2016 provincial election. Currently David is the Legislative Secretary to the Minister of Immigration and Career Training. He also serves on the Standing Committee of the Economy and has been a board member on the Meewasin Valley Authority since May 2017. David has successfully completed his Fellowship with the Bowhay Institute of Legislative Leadership.
