Hon Dustin Duncan, Weyburn-Big Muddy

Father, You know all and You know each one of us.  You knew us before we were created by You in the womb.  You have a plan for Dustin.  You have invested in him both gifts and a calling.  Father, may he not miss the call, may he not miss the reasons and purposes of your giftings.  Speak to his heart, remind him he is not alone. Remind him that there is an accounting and an accountability for all we do.  Father be gracious to Dustin and may he respond to Your Goodness, Your Grace and Your Loving kindness.

Dustin Duncan was first elected as MLA for the constituency of Weyburn-Big Muddy in a by-election in June 2006 at the age of 26. Dustin was re-elected in the 2007, 2011, and 2016 provincial elections.
Dustin is a member of the Board of Internal Economy, serves as Vice-Chair of the caucus Crown Investments Corporation Committee and as a member of the SaskBuilds Corporation Board.
He currently serves as Saskatchewan’s Minister of Environment, Minister responsible for the Water Security Agency and Minister responsible for SaskPower.
First appointed to cabinet in 2009, Dustin has served as Minister of Tourism, Parks, Culture and Sport.  He would go on to manage various other portfolios, including Health, Energy and Resources, SaskWater, SaskEnergy, SaskTel, and the Global Transportation Hub.
Dustin and his wife Amanda were both born, raised, and educated in the Weyburn area. He and Amanda have two sons, Jack and Ephram. Dustin obtained an undergraduate degree in History from the University of Regina.
