We
bring before your throne Lord, MLA David Buckingham. Will you always show your
presence as he serves the people of Saskatoon Westview. Give him a measure of
wisdom so that he may fulfill the many duties that he has as he works his way
through the decisions to be made. We ask in Christ's name. Amen.
David Buckingham was elected MLA for Saskatoon Westview in the April 2016 provincial election. He currently serves on the Standing Committee on the Economy, and was previously a member of the Standing Committee on Human Services. Born and raised in the farming community near Shellbrook, Saskatchewan, David moved to Saskatoon in 1979 to pursue a career in the car hauling business as a commercial driver. In 1988, David and his wife Karen moved to the community of Borden to raise their three children. David and his wife Karen enjoy spending time with their three children and four grandchildren.
