compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.” Colossians 3:12
God we thank
you for your kindness that led us to repentance. May we show each other, our communities
and leaders, your heart of mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.
Give us and our leaders the humility to serve each other’s needs, kindness to
turn away anger, gentleness to drive out fear, and mercy to make a place of
safety for all. We ask for your heart for this province and all who call it
home. We pray that compassion would lay the foundation for decisions made and
drive the hearts and minds that make them. Amen.
