MLA: COLLEEN YOUNG - LLOYDMINSTER

Dear Lord, today we ask You to bless MLA Colleen Young. We ask that she would quickly come to understand and thrive in her new role. Help her to find that structure for her daily schedule that produces a work schedule that is effective and yet also incorporates a reasonable amount of personal time. Help her to grasp the inner world of politics and government in a positive and empowering way. Bless her entire family with patience and support throughout this season of adjustment. Amen.

Colleen was first elected to the Saskatchewan legislature in the November 13, 2014 by-election for the constituency of Lloydminster. She is a member of the legislature’s Standing Committee on Human Services.

Colleen is very active in the Lloydminster community. Her involvement with the Kiwanis Club, Learning Council, In Motion, Young Life, School Community Councils, and many other volunteer opportunities has always put kids, families, and newcomers to the community first.
