MLA: DON TOTH - MOOSOMIN

Father, Thank You for MLA: Don Toth and his many years of faithful, dedicated and committited service to Saskatchewan. May You continue to bless he and his family throughout the years. Give him an inspired perception of how he can best serve his constituency and those within the government. Continue to keep his eyes focused on the best projects that bring life and prosperity. We ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Don was first elected to represent the Moosomin constituency in the 1986 general election. He was re-elected in 1991, 1995, 1999, 2003, 2007 and 2011. He was named Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan on December 10, 2007, the first day of the opening session of the 26th Legislature. He served as Speaker until December, 2011.

Don was born in Kipling and raised on the family farm near Langbank. Don studied agriculture at the University of Saskatchewan and then entered the Full Gospel Bible Institute in Eston, Saskatchewan. Aside from his political duties, Don keeps himself busy helping on the farm and spending time with his wife Lois, their children, and most importantly, the three grandchildren.
